Number 4

Well it was nearly a finish for no 4 -- a Linus quilt I'm finishing up for a friend but I've had to re-attatch the border it was rather wavey and would only have machine quilted if I had put a pleat in it!!! not my style at all. Now it's nice and flat and quilted with some parallel lines to give a nice strong finish and with a machine sewn binding it should withstand so dragging around by a small boy. I'll not get to finish it tomorrow as I'm off to the Harrogate quilt show -- will I buy anything well maybe some threads and I'm looking for some fun fabric to make some easy cushions, so we shall see!! and of course there will be lots of lovely quilts to drool over.
