Back to normal

 Thought I was back to normal having spent the last couple of days doing some pretty mindless scribble quilting to give some definition and strength to a quilt I'm refurbishing for a friend ( it would have been easier to remake it !!!) and then today got out of bed and my back has decided to spasm again !!! not good for quilting at all can hardly move around the house, out have come the rubs and pain killers and the hot water bottle . I hope things are better tomorrow as I have a free day and was hoping to get the binding on then I could spend a couple of evenings hand sewing it down----wish me luck.
