Just got back from visiting my daughter in London. We shopped and laughed and eat some good food xs three days and of course set the world to rights chatting into the early hours of the morning, any way home now to hubby and the hounds glad to say all pleased to see me.
It will be back to sewing and reality tomorrow so will have some photos to share as I was very close to a couple of finishes before I went away.

More finishes
The raffle quilt is finally finished for Barton Patchers and we are selling the raffle tickets to the group so by the time it is won at Christmas we should have a bit in the kitty for fabric for our Linus quilts.
This photo was taken on our super king sized bed so the quilt is a useful size, you never know maybe I will win it myself!!!

Princess Polly
Let me introduce you to Princess Polly the boss girl of the Patchwork greyhounds here doing what she does best!!
"Yes this is me Princes Polly sleeping on my favourite sofa, although sometimes I have to let my humans share with me but I don't let the other hounds share. A girl has to have some standards!!!"

A bit of this and that
Well actually it's a lot of this.
It has only been straight line quilting even in the border but it still took a few sewing sessions to get it finished.
Then it was quite a bit of this.
I think it was about 350+" of binding made and attatched, and finally a few evenings of this (it seems to take hours for me to hand sew on the binding )
Tomorrow if the weather is fine it goes in the washing machine and then the selling of raffle tickets can begin!!
